We're Hiring: Entry Level Shop Assistant
We are on the hunt for a Shop Assistant!
About our shop
TrackSpec has been open since September 29, 2014. Currently, we have 5 full-time employees: 3 technicians, 1 office manager, and 1 lead-tech/shop-manager. We are extremely busy each and every day because the shop and our customer-base is growing rapidly. That’s why we’re looking for someone amazing who wants to join our team and grow with us.
About you
If you’re looking for a “laid back” job, this is not the right role for you. But if you’ve been described as someone with a “great work ethic” who “sees things that need to be done and jumps in to do them before being asked,” please...read on!
You should want to assist with whatever our shop needs in order to operate more efficiently (see below for examples of your duties). You are someone who is willing to learn, interested in professional development, and the opportunity for career growth. We are fortunate in that we get to do a lot of really cool things at TrackSpec (building and preparing race cars, custom fabrication, etc.) which means you will have the opportunity to learn a lot, fast.
We pride ourselves in affiliating with some of the very best that this industry has to offer, which means you will also have a chance to meet many of our terrific customers and vendors; many of whom have become like family to us.
Compensation
Depends on experience, starts at min. wage
Benefits
