Four days ago, we hosted our 1-Year Anniversary Party at the shop. We've come such a long way but couldn't have gotten this far without the support of our family, friends, customers, and technicians. Although we made a lot of new friends at the party, the main purpose of the event was to thank everyone who has supported us this past year. So we hope everyone enjoyed the food, games, prizes, and made some good memories!
Before we post photos of the party, thought we would show all of our new friends some photos of how our shop looked in the beginning. We spent many long nights here, organizing tools, building furniture, cleaning, etc.
As soon as everything was finished, we had our Grand Opening on October 13, 2014. It was a nice turnout! About 50-60 people came, ate good food from Konjoe Burger, and had a good time. Check out the Grand Opening blog post for more photos.
Fast forward one year to our party and we had 300 people RSVP, over 300 people showed up, and there were many beautiful cars. We also could not have asked for better weather. The chicken wings and garlic noodles were catered by Mama Su's Kitchen. Chicken adobo, pork skewers, and menudo was cooked by my mom and relatives. Lumpia was from Adobolicious in Fremont.

We also had a Drift Trike Time Attack with prizes for the top times. In addition to donating one free AutoX voucher and one free Trackday voucher for our prizes, Golden Gate Lotus Club designed the most awesome drift trike autocross course, set up with all the same equipment they use at real autocross events. Also thanks to all the lotuses that came through! Maybe more than 20? Too many to count!

We also had a raffle with more prizes. One mistake we made was announce the raffle prizes every hour. So not everyone could hear the DJ, as some people were too far, and others were inside the shop. Next time, we will just do all the prizes at one specific time and make sure everyone knows that time!! (so sorry about that!) Here are the prizes that people won:
